AnswerStandard Shipping via Australia Post.
$11.00 AUD 2-4 weeks for PRE-ORDERS. Postage may take a little longer around the Christmas holiday period.
Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerInternational shipping is currently unavailable. If you are wanting items shipped internationally please contact us directly and a shipping quote may be arranged.
Question What's your policy on returns?
AnswerBrown Park Clothing Co makes every effort to provide the best quality clothing and apparel. Should you wish to request a refund and return your purchased items we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy. Please refer to this to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to both returns and refunds.
Question Am I entitled to a refund?
AnswerAll returns and exchanges for purchases from Brown Park Clothing Co must be made within 28 days from receipt of item. You will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:

  • The product is faulty or damaged
  • You have changed your mind about your purchase, or you are not satisfied with your purchased item/s
  • The product does not match the description or the sample as advertised on our website; or
  • We are required to do so under any relevant laws.

In any of the above apply and you wish to continue with a refund please provide the following details:

Full name and address
Email address
Your invoice / order number
The reason you are requesting the refund.

Question What about returning products to you?
AnswerWe suggest you consider alternatives prior to returning any Brown Park Clothing Co products to us, such as utilising the item as a gift.

If you wish to return products to us, you must contact us via the Brown Park Clothing Co Website within 7 days of receiving the products. Any claims requested for returns that are made outside of the 7 days will be at the discretion of Brown Park Clothing Co. For any sale items, we can only issue online credit.

Upon confirmation of approval for your requested return, we will email you a return product form which we require you to complete and include in your return postage package.

Question Who pays if I have to return products?
AnswerAny costs associated with return shipping will be at the customers’ expense and is non-refundable. If however there is an error made by us with shipping an incorrect or damaged product this will then be at the expense of Brown Park Clothing Co.
Question What about the condition of the returned product?
AnswerAll products must be returned to Brown Park Clothing co in the same condition as they were sent, items are not to have been worn, damaged or marked in any way.

Brown Park Clothing Co reserve the right to assess returned products prior to confirming the refund. Depending on assessment a refund may be refused and the product then returned to you at your own expense.

Question Will I get a refund?
AnswerUpon assessment of the product and approval of the refund, we will send you an email confirmation that the refund has been issued.

For “Change of Mind Returns”, the customer will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the purchased product only, any delivery costs will be excluded. Refunds will only be made upon the receipt of the product.

All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used when the product was purchased.

Due to any issues outside of our control with your lending institution, there may be some delays with the provision of the refund. If you have not received your refund within 3 weeks of being notified of the refund being process, please let us know.

Question What if I bought something and it's out of stock?
AnswerIf any products are out of stock, we will notify you and provide you with a refund.

If product is delayed and placed on extended back order you will then have the option to receive a full refund or wait until product is back in stock, at which time we will ship this to you.
